Young Titans Strength Training

(Ages 8-13)

Unlock your strength and confidence with Young Titans Strength Training! This class is designed for youth ages 8-13 who want to build muscle, improve health, and feel unstoppable. You’ll learn proper lifting techniques, body mechanics, and form to build strength safely and effectively.

Each 1-hour session includes fun, high-energy circuit workouts and individual lifts to keep you motivated. Beyond the gym, you’ll develop healthy habits, work ethic, and discipline that benefit both sports performance and everyday life.

To maximize results, you’ll receive workout handouts for two additional at-home sessions, allowing you to build strength three times a week—twice at home and once with me in the gym. This balanced approach saves time while keeping you on track for steady progress.

Expect variety! Our workouts will include strength building, endurance, cardio, flexibility, and HIIT to condition both body and mind, keeping things fresh, fun, and effective.
